Absolutely has the best food around. The atmosphere was great. We met Mr Charlie and his wife, who own the place, they are such wonderful people. They make you feel as if you were invited into their home, not their place of business. My daughter's had a blast fishing and we all enjoyed our food. We will be back. Make sure you take the drive for the most delicious trout and the best people.

What an amazing place. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and considerate. Very welcoming and warm environment. We had a blast catching our own fish. Got them cooked all three ways, and it was great. Left fat and happy. Really recommend English Mountain Trout Farm.

Family fun with some great people! My son found this on TickTock and we made the trip to it. We’re so glad we did! This is the best food we’ve had in our trip and is definitely one we will come to again! So incredibly good!

What a fun experience! Right from the start everyone was very welcoming and explained how the fishing worked. We had a blast trying to catch the best trout and then we all got it butterflied and fried. Hands down the best fried fish I have ever had. I also tried the blackened which was stellar. We did some gem mining as well which was super fun. 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to go back.

We had good family fun today with these folks. The wife and kids loved the experience so we'll definitely visit again. The whole idea of catching your lunch and having it cooked fresh is too cool. I personally tasted the fish all three ways they cook it and they were great but the lemon pepper is the best. Thanks for a good day, we'll definitely see yall again!

This place was an absolute treat that we will absolutely come back to next time we are up this way! If you're reading the lower star reviews let me tell you it's all lies! The staff and owner were very nice the experience of catching your own fish was great. If you're looking for a picnic in a pristine park this isn't it but do not let that run you away because the food and memories make way up for that. The place could be jazzed up a touch but once again never judge a book by its cover because you're missing out tremendously.. I would most definitely recommend this place 10-10 to any and I mean anyone I meet! My family loved every minute of being there.

Our son was the one who found this place and wanted it included in our vacation time. He is big on fishing! He caught his one for him and the rest of us ordered and ate the market fresh fish. The food is absolutely delicious! The whole experience is definitely one for some fun family time!

We have been wanting to do this place for the last several years, but never seemed to have time to work it into our vacation schedule. Finally went for lunch today. They have a small pond where the "kids" can catch their own, or you can just oder off the menu. We went for the Trout, but we were told they had some great fresh river raised catfish, so we chose the catfish. No doubt the freshest best catfish that we have ever had. Sides were just OK. Prices are a little on the high side. It's worth the drive out while staying around Pigeon Forge.
